Job Description
- Make technical presentations and provide technical support assistant meets client needs
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file related documents and reports.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment.
- Following up to ensure resolution.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
Job Requirements
- Have experience in Real Estate for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's Degree required Engineering (Architect).
- Owns a car is Preferable.
- Gender: Males/Female.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Ability to use sales technique in order to render seamless customer service Skills.
- Presentable.
