Job Description
Mission
- The recruitment officer manages all recruitment. He/she takes over the whole process: job description, recruitment ads, recruitment updates, resume screening.
Main activities
Required profile identification (depending on subsidiary/site)
- Define job description and candidate profile (training, competencies…etc.)
- Identify the methods to set up to recruit depending on profile and available resources.
- Choose how to communicate recruitment ads: press, internet, forums, schools...
- Write recruitment ads/offers and spread the information
- Receive resumes and file them
Candidacy management
- Enter candidates related information in the HRIS
- Manage preselection telephone interviews
- Convene a meeting with chosen candidates following the telephone interviews
Recruitment interviews
- Perform collective or individual recruitment tests and interviews
- Select candidates based on test and interview results
- Animate group meetings with preselected candidates with related operational teams.
- Lead recruitment interviews
Choosing the candidate meeting expectations
- Establish recruitment dashboards
- Assign candidates depending on their profile and demands
- Direct with HR internal candidates towards activities adapted to their profile
- Write detailed and analytical summaries of interviews
Others
- Constitute an applicant pool to ensure the reactivity in respecting integration time limits
- Perform recruitment efficiency evaluations
- Represent the Group during forums.
Job Requirements
- English fluency
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Good understanding of referral programs
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude overlooking a community-building approach.
