Job Description
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the execution of Benchmark’s recruiting process for assigned searches through identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings.
- Developing and recommending recruiting techniques to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
- The position includes duties such as: posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, negotiating offers and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline.
- Maintaining Bulk Data Bases and keep on updating them for ongoing hiring process.
- Submit analysis report for monthly and annual performance, also follow our probationary performance evaluations, reporting, and feedback.
- Follow the process to updating job descriptions through job analysis.
- Assist in Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
