Job Description

  • Advanced fluency in English (Phonetically American Accent) or ENL (English as a Native Language) is a MUST.
  • Customer service support representation, handle in-going and outgoing calls with clients, transfer to respective departments, generate new leads.
  • Working hours based on (Los Angeles, CA) Pacific Standard Time (6 P.M. to 2 A.M. Cairo Time)
