Job Description
- We're looking for a reliable Back-end Developer with 4+ years experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Ruby On Rails.
- We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Back-end Developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.
- The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in back-end development, mainly using Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Rest APIs
- Extensive experience working with PostgreSQL databases and database management
- Experience writing and maintaining tests (Unit & integration)
- Experience integrating with third party APIs
- Experience working with background processing
- Experience with server performance monitoring
- Experience in managing production servers and handling critical incidents
- Experience with Scrum
- Knowledge of back end security best practices.
- You should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.To succeed as a Back-end Developer, you should be focused on reliability, scalability and crafting good code.
