Job Description
- Initiate the recruitment cycle by retrieving the job description and job specifications of the required vacancy
- Post the vacancy on the different professional network
- Screen the candidates' CVs and shortlist the fittest candidates for the job vacancy
- Conduct a phone call interview with the shortlisted candidates from the screening process
- Conduct face to face interviews (CBI) to one or multiple candidates
- Coordinate with the concerned departments the technical interviews stage
- Prepare and send the job offer to the accepted candidates
- Welcome the new employees, coordinate and conduct the orientation process for them
- Help the newcomers to finalize the joining formalities including the joining kit, punch creation, issue the employee IDs and the hiring contracts
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- HR Diploma is highly preferred
