Job Description
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual wireframes and mock-ups
- Create SoW, BRD, SRS and SDS
- Master strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques
- Defines and documents customer business functions and processes
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
- Make sure the team can meet its commitments with expected quality
- Tasks assignment and distribution
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentor-ship
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate with other teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Technical Background preferable in (.NET)
- Experience in writing software process related documents SRS, user manuals, etc.
- Good understanding of VAS field
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis including 2+ years of experience as Team Leader
- Ability to manage multiple task assignments
- Strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player, self-learner, and positive person
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Good English is highly preferred
- Highly self-motivated, results oriented person and has a high sense of ownership
- Solid understanding of the software development life-cycle
- Solid understanding of object oriented, MVC, and Web API concepts
- Experience in integration with 3rd party systems
- Self-driven and proactive spirit
- High communication and critical thinking skills
