Job Description

  • Typing letters, memorandum, faxes, reports, etc.
  • Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
  • Distributing incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
  • Responding to general queries.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Arranging business travel and related accommodation.
  • Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines.
  • Cooperating with other staff as necessary.
  • Maintaining stationery and office supplies.
  • Maintaining all office service equipment (computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines etc.) for smooth uninterrupted office operations. Keeping the general office area neat and tidy.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirements of B.SC. from a recognized educational institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that he will be handling. Hard worker.
  • Team work oriented.
  • Representative.
  • Must be a handy person.
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
  • Female
  • Secretarial Studies
  • 3 - 5 Years.
