Job Description
- Participate in the formulation of the objectives and master plans of the company
- Responsible for the planning and executive programs for warehouses that lead to the achievement of the main objectives of the company
- Responsible for following up the implementation of plans for warehouse management
- Training personnel working in warehouse management on their work and transfer their experience to them so that they are qualified
- Responsible for determining the storage limits of the items and coding the items
- Participation in the preparation of procedures for stores
- Responsible for keeping records and follow-up storage and issuing decisions on how to store
- Propose improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work in his administration
- Issuing appropriate decisions within the limits of his powers, which may be the reason for improving the performance of the store
- Issuing appropriate decisions on how to store in accordance with the nature of stocks
- Periodic inventory of stores
- Reports preparation
- Responsible for keeping all records of the quality models of the warehouse procedure and all its work subject to internal audit
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
