Job Description
- Manage and maintain cisco network switches, routers, service provider connections
- Manage and maintain Lan, Wan network, VPN remote client, site to site, and, Sophos, DryTech, Mikrotik, Firewall
- Manage and troubleshooting EXI, V center, VMware virtual environment.
- Manage and troubleshoot Asterisk, Issabell VoIP system
- Manage and troubleshoot, access control, CCTV, IP cam systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Manage-engine service desk plus help desk system
- Manage and troubleshooting hardware devices, servers
- Troubleshooting & Resolving Network & security Incidents/Problems.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA (prefer computer science and Telecommunication)
- Alexandria residents only
- VERY GOOD Knowledge of VoIP systems Solutions
- Very good knowledge of cloud solutions
- CCNA, CCNP and CCNA collaboration is preferable (certified is preferred)
- Skills: Communication skills, Organized, Time Management, Problem Solving, Fast Learner, multitasking and Proactive
