Job Description
- Responsible for implementing safety and security instructions for all workers in carrying out mechanical maintenance work.
- Continuous coordination with the production department to implement the plan for periodic mechanical maintenance in a way that does not conflict with the production plan.
- Implementing regular maintenance according to the business cards showing the steps, tools, materials and technicians to carry out the planned maintenance.
- Continuous research in developing and raising the efficiency of equipment, machines, devices and molds.
- Follow up on mechanical maintenance work that intends to protect the worker from work injuries.
- Follow up the mechanical maintenance and repair the faults first-hand to avoid major faults.
- Comply with the operating instructions of the machines to maintain the efficiency and lifetime of the machine and molds.
- Full supervision and follow-up of the works in the mechanical maintenance workshop.
- Searching for replacement spare parts in case the required parts cannot be obtained from the local market.
- Calibration of scales.
- Overseeing the organization and cleanliness of workshops, machinery and equipment for mechanical maintenance work.
- Preparing analytical reports on the position of the equipment in terms of technical efficiency and numerical quantity.
- Executing the documentary course on mechanical maintenance to properly record breakdowns, maintenance and data of equipment and molds.
- Carrying out technical studies to participate in the process of deciding to exclude or include machines, molds and equipment for the production process according to the technical situation, the efficiency of the equipment, and the extent of the work need for it.
- Responsibility for carrying out mechanical repair and maintenance as well as electronic circuits according to the catalogs and instructions for each machine, equipment, or template.
- Determine the department's labor needs with all its specialties and the necessary expertise to continue the work performance at the required level and present it to the Director of the Maintenance Department.
- Update and develop the work method of the department's activities to activate its role in achieving the planned goals.
- Determining the training needs in the department and submitting them to the Director of Maintenance Department to determine the procedures required to be implemented for all mechanical maintenance work and all the required machines and equipment and setting procedures for them and not mentioned in the factory book.
- Supervising all workers in the Mechanical Maintenance Department and verifying their commitment to performance determinants and achievement measurements that are reached in the actual exercise of the duties and responsibilities assigned to each job
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Plastic injection experience.
- Mold Maintenance .
- 6th October or Giza resident .
- Excellent English is required .
- Presentable .
