Job Description

  • Support SAP S/4 HANA standard modules at least 3 from (FICO, PM, HCM, PP, QM, MM, SD) Modules.
  • Prepare the Necessary configuration in Modules to solve or enhance users’ requirements.
  • Escalate and follow up any unsolved SAP Issues to SAP Supervisor related to Modules.
  • Design any requested layouts & reports related to Modules.
  • Handle the SAP mail notifications for any required issue.
  • Upload mass data.
  • Support end user’s problems as business application support
  • Assist in analysis, designing and documentation of new cycles.
  • Train end users on new and existing modules’ cycles.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
  • Experience from 6 Months to 2 Years as application support.
  • Have at least one or more E2E SAP Implementation
  • Enough experience with basis module.
  • Very good knowledge in ERP configuration
  • SQL knowledge, ABAP and BAPI experience is a plus.
  • Very Good English Language.
  • Experienced key users who are computer science graduates can apply.
