Job Description
The Social Media Executive will manage all social media channels and campaigns, in order to maintain and improve audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
- Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Work with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels
- Assist with company and client social media accounts
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlightens audiences and promotes brand-focused messages
- Coordinate social media messaging with other team members, and meet quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Work alongside copywriters and other content creators
- Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalents
- Fluent English
