Job Description
- Ensures the successful installation, integration, and deployment of application monitoring tools and solutions in various production and non-production environments
- Install application monitoring tools working with the infrastructure teams, and report application metrics with the ultimate goal of preventing problems and improving IT effectiveness
- Analyzes reported incidents and problems for the applications, assessing patterns, making recommendations and implementing monitoring solutions.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with operation, maintenance, and development of the monitoring
- Provide Instrumentation for proactive diagnostic insight into health of applications

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- This role will require hands-on experience in Linux
Required Technical Skills:
- strong Linux system administration (strong Linux commands)
- Good network administration (ex: understand network Interfaces , wireshark , pcap files ,)
- Experience in working with monitoring systems
- Good knowledge of writing bash scripts
- Good Knowledge of deal with Dockers
- Good Knowledge with SQL
- Understanding SNMP protocals is a plus
- Understanding Python is a plus
- Understanding Zabbix is a plus
- Understanding iLO and iDRAC are plus
- Understanding Ansible is a plus
- Understanding git is a plus
Required Soft Skills :
- Used to deal with customers tickets
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Logical thinking
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong English level
