Job Description
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to create polished final products.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure innovative and cutting-edge motion graphics solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise motion graphics as needed to meet quality standards.
- Optimize graphics and animations for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and performance.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics design or a related field.
- Proven expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sound design and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is an advantage.
