Job Description
- Develop and manage digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Come up with the monthly online offers in coordination with the Brand Managers and the Sales Managers.
- Develop a monthly digital media brief.
- Develop online content for all digital platforms (Facebook- Instagram & YouTube) in coordination with the designers.
- Run ads on Facebook and Instagram and other platforms, Google adds , and optimizing them to achieve the KPIs.
- Measure and report the outcome of all digital media campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all digital channels.
- Manage digital marketing budget and anticipate sales performance trends.
- Research competition benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Work closely with the call center department to oversee their moderation of all digital platforms.
- Work closely with after sales department to ensure all social media complains are being resolved.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Manage all social media partnerships with influencers and chefs (from brainstorming to execution, financials and reporting outcome).
- Manage all competitions held on social media platforms.
- Manage and update Bouri’s ecommerce website.
- Working closely with Retail Head to raise website traffic and sales.
- Track SEO – SEM and Google Analytics data and develop beneficial analysis.
- Develop monthly e-commerce report to reflect the sales of the website.
- Attend educational conferences.
- Lead digital marketing team and train them.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
