Job Description
- Review and audit all supplier-related legal documents (e.g., company registration, tax card, export/import licenses).
- Validate the authenticity and completeness of supplier KYC documentation.
- Review supplier contracts and ensure all terms comply with OYA's policies and Egyptian commercial law.
- Approve suppliers from a legal compliance perspective before activation on the platform.
- Maintain a secure and organized archive of verified legal documents.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance of active suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business Law, or related legal discipline.
- 1- 3 years of experience in corporate or trade legal auditing (preferably in E-commerce or logistics sectors).
Strong understanding of Egyptian commercial, tax, and trade regulations. - High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
