Job Description
Provides administrative support including for example scheduling, writing
correspondence, emails……etc.
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
Manage manager agenda for meetings and appointments.
Handle foreign supplier’s registration with authorities, suppliers.
Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
Prepare statistical reports.
Manage spreadsheets data reporting as requested from the manager.
The support engineering team in the follow-up of projects as needed.
Handle employee’s vacation and entrance registration reports.
Handle other administration work as per business needs.
Job Requirements
Gender: Female
Experience: Fresh graduate.Bachelor degree.
Faculty of Commerce (English section). The accounting section is preferable.
Excellent spoken English and intermediate written English.
Very good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
University: Ain Shams, American, British, German.
Heliopolis, Nasr city, Obour city, and new Cairo residents are preferable.
Secondary school: scientific section.
