Job Description
- Receive requests from the operation team and management about technical and asset purchasing.
• Provide two or three validation prices from different suppliers for each request.
• Provide our customer with offer prices within 2 days of the request.
• Carry out all purchasing on the SIESCOM store to be approved by a stock manager.
• Send a weekly report for released material and stock balances under which projects.
• Search opportunities to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
• Prepare procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management, purchasing, shipping, receipt, and logistics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
• Preferred worked in the telecom industry before
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Very Good Microsoft Office
