About the role

  • We are looking for a highly analytical individual to join our operations team. This individual will play an integral role in monitoring and maintaining the operational aspect of the brokerage operations.
     

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Responsible for the processing of transactions and reconciliation of statements/transactions
  • Daily settlement of the company’s clients’ transactions in various securities
  • Investigate complex issues to determine the root cause of technical failures and consumer dissatisfaction
  • Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing and assisting on various regulatory reports related to Back Office
  • Proactively monitor and improve operational processes
  • Work closely with the operations and technology team to identify/resolve system issues, and work to implement system enhancements to increase efficiency in current processes
  • Experiment with new practices and document learnings to help shape the future of our automation and processes.
