Job Description

• Follow-up periodic maintenance and protection from viruses and the device, updating the virus program through the Internet, and conducting a comprehensive scan against the virus for the devices. Weekly.

• Follows up on the internal network in terms of its operation and ensuring that it is working well on a daily basis.

• Prepares devices as well as printers for new employees or existing employees of the company.

 Provide the necessary assistance to operate the company's email or complete work tasks.

• Ensures that the server is closed automatically at the agreed upon dates and specified according to the instructions.

• Installs or removes programs from the devices and downloads programs from the Internet that the company may need if the work requires that.

• Provides backup work for important data, company devices and servers.

• Provides ideas and proposals for the development of work in the unit.

• Carry out the work assigned to him within the scope of his job.

 


 

 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure
  • Understanding of Network fundamentals and protocols
  • Basic coding and programming knowledge
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
