Job Description
- Review prescriptions and approval documents received from clients and give initial feedback regarding the request
- Communicate with multiple insurance companies regarding the requests
- Follow – up on delayed requests
- Get back to clients with proper feedback received from insurance companies
- In cases of rejection or approval, feedback must be given to clients
- Perform patient relations calls after Surgeries or Inpatient cases and act according to the feedback.
- Conduct monthly reports according to cases
- Give regular feedback to client relations team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy is a must
- 1-2 years of experience in the approvals department
- Client-Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible
- Fluent Command of English
