Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase Company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and support.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
