Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase Company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends using CRM tools.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and support.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
