Job Description
- Promote and sell diesel engine spare parts and related automotive products to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, service centers, and fleet operators to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer needs, ensuring optimal solutions for diesel engines and truck services.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, diesel, or spare parts sector.
- Strong technical understanding of diesel engines, automotive components, and related systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Owning a Car is a MUST
- Willingness to travel to client sites, service centers, and industry events as required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
