Job Description
- Collaborate with sales team and internal business partners on contract details.
- Draft, revise and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts as updates become available.
- Work with legal and all relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance.
- Develop and maintain digital and paper systems of contracts, other documentation, and records.
- Update existing contracts and monitor all contract deadlines when changes are made.
- Review Variation Orders according to the contracts’ conditions.
- Review and work on Claims according to the highlights issued by planning & cost control team.
- Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are in accordance to contract conditions.
- Attend project meetings and discussions with and external clients for contractual issues.
- Participate in the tender stage to review contract conditions are complied with the standard conditions of contracts.
- Preparation of subcontracts agreements in coordination with other departments according to company’s procedures.
- Ensure that subcontractor invoices are complied to the settled contract conditions.
- Participate with operation and relevant departments in preparation of contractual correspondences with the client.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience – 2 years in the same position
- Must have experience in the Construction industry
- CLAC & FIDIC 1987/1999 contract conditions are a must and PMP is preferred.
