Job Description
- The primary responsibility for all members of the implementation team, security & safety.
- Ensuring the progress project) - (under implementation according to the set timelines. Guide Quality in Preparing Inspection & Test Plan, Quality Control
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, selecting the work team and approving the “manpower statement” based on the nature project.
- Prepare and submit cost-tracking report according to estimated project budget.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Responsible for the integrity of project management procedures and outputs in accordance with the company's general system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design/Architecture engineering.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Curtain wall, Façade project management- Project Manager
- Strong skills at business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Strategic planning, solid organizational skills and have a problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
