Job Description
- Review invoices and quotations, report, monthly, to the management a compiled total amount, and compute the sales taxes and charges due.
- Issue Letter of Guarantee to the bank, send it to the client, and follow up on the cheque cycle for money collection.
- Translate the financial contract for governmental purposes, and register insurance file for new projects in the social insurance offices.
- Confer with clients any overdue payments and review the terms of the financial contracts.
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes, and advise customers on necessary actions and strategies for debt payment.
- Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
- Consult social insurance representatives to determine specific charges or information such as rules, regulations, or government tax and tariff information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing).
- Experience in Construction Field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Financial Accountant (PFA) is a plus.
