Job Description
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect devices operations including capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance issues
- Perform FMEA, breakdown analysis and/or root cause analysis thoroughly and presents findings and solutions to operations leadership.
- Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors, and refines an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and proven project management experience with coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
- Design, implement and direct the preventative maintenance program for the assigned location(s)
- Inspecting/testing procedures and control of related equipment, corrective and prevention actions
- Fully involved with local management team. Provides technical input, solutions and options on improving productivity/efficiencies and product quality for area of responsibility.
- Responsible for tracking expenditures and labor costs to ensure compliance with project and department budgets.
- Recommend and implement programs to eliminate identified problems, to improve labor utilization, upgrade facilities, and reduce costs.
- Responsible for maintaining effective PM programs and for compliance with written plans, programs and procedures.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and compliance of preventative maintenance programs. Ensure repair work is documented.
- Actively participates in all project audits, including GMP
- Manages and follow up projects related tasks to pharmaceutical industries in medical factories , hospitals and labs
- Responsible for following up and supervising the installation of pharmaceutical devices on site
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases, Designing project layout, reviewing bids from contractors ,selecting materials.
- Determines project specifications by studying customer requirements, and ISO standards that meets user requirements
- Prepares cost estimates and project technical contract
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Prepares daily project status reports and summarizing information about site progress.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment on site
- Maintains project database by entering and backing up project related data.
Job Requirements
- Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineer is preferable
- Experience from 1-2 years minimum in sites
- El Obour City , Nasr City , New Cairo citizens preferable
- Car is a must Note: (Allowance car with extra fees is available)
- Has the ability to learn (self-learner)
- Has the ability to solve problems and take necessary actions
- Very good communication skills
- Very good in AUTOCAD or has the ability to learn
- Have a background in HVAC Systems
- Have leadership qualities managing workers in site (project management)
- Night shifts availability in case needed
