Job Description

  • Applying the implementation of plans, programs and policies that concerning OD management, Recruitment & Selection management, Training according to ISO9001.
  • Reports to: CEO
  • Create and update SOP (standard operating procedures).
  • Prepare all internal policies, contracts.
  • Create and update all HR functions forms according to Egyptian labor law and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Establishment and update job analyses, job descriptions, required KSAs and identify the KPIs.
    Prepare and update organizational structures, charts and codes.
  • Prepare and oversee the implementation of the annual manpower plan.
  • Create and update internal recruitment policies.
    Post job vacancies through different recruitment platforms.
  • Screen, sort, filter all CVs and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews (blue collars and white collars) and issuing the job offer.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Responsible for internal and external training activities.
  • Apply and update policies, forms, annual budget and training plan.
  • Responsible for identifying TNA according to employee’s performance and company needs.
  • Design measurable and periodical performance evaluation system.
  • Prepare and collect the evaluation documents.
  • Update and prepare social, medical and hazards insurance system, claims, different allowances (transportation allowance, meal allowance) and different benefits.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly payroll system and monthly salaries sheets through attendance system and devices.
  • Follow up the vacation balances.
  • Maintain the personnel records of employees and •ensure they are valid and up-to-date.
  • Operate the company HRIS through the ERP system.
  • Prepare and conduct orientation programs for new employee.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 Yrs of Experience in HR field.
  • BA degree.
  • Strong computer and M.s office skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Owned at least HR diploma.
  • Alexandria resident is a must.
  • Transportation is provided. 
  • Social and Private insurance is provided.
