Job Description
To provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants and young toddlers, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development while maintaining open communication with parents and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for infants aged 3 months to 18 months throughout the day.
Create and maintain a warm, nurturing environment that supports emotional security and development.
Prepare and implement age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory, cognitive, and motor development.
Follow feeding, diapering, and sleeping schedules as provided by parents and nursery guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baby classroom at all times.
Observe, monitor, and document each child’s progress, health, and development daily.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s routine, progress, and needs.
Ensure the safety and well-being of each child at all times.
Provide comfort and attend promptly to the needs of each infant.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment.
Follow health and safety guidelines according to nursery policies.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in caring for infants and toddlers (0-2 years) is preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood development, especially for ages 0-2 years.
Kind, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with babies.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members.
Strong observation, organizational, and time management skills.
Presentable, committed, and professional.
Basic English communication skills.
