Job Description

  • Creative in using the most efficient sourcing methods to recruit candidates for assigned positions and achieve the recruitment plan on time. 
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the - end - to end hiring process. 
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments the hiring process. 
  • Responsible for updating the employee handbook, and organization chart, and contributing to developing policies and procedures. 
  • Ensuring the company compliance with labor law and all related regulations on all personnel matters and preparing any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor, health & insurance offices), and building a strong relationship with them. 
  • Maintain the employees' files and database. 
  • Organize the employee performance appraisal process. 
  • Handling resignation clearance process. 
  • eager to Involve actively in other assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  • Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • HR diploma or certificate is preferred. 
  • Experience: 
  • +3 years’ experience in HR. 
  • Experience in recruitment, OD, personnel plus laws and regulations. 
  • Background in software or IT companies is preferred. 
  • Language: 
  • Excellent command English. 
  • Computer Skills: 
  • Proficient computer user, especially Microsoft Office package. 
  • Skills & Abilities: 
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to work quickly and under pressure. 
  • Able to manage a varied workload and meet the deadlines.
