Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Manage overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion teams.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Monitoring campaign's progress.
- Managing company's showrooms and assure compliance to company’s corporate initiatives.
- Prepare and propose Marketing strategic recommendations for the markets within assigned responsibilities.
- Promote the brand and the global range to support the achievement of the sales budget.
- Launch new products based on regional guidelines but adapting to the country specificities.
- Propose the strategy and recommend the appropriate marketing package to develop the category over the country.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be discussed and communicated
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing
- 7-9 years’ Managerial level experience
- Industrial background experience
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate in marketing will be an asset.
- Fluent English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Enterprise resource planning SAP skills are considered an asset
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experienced in consumer and product marketing
- Deep understanding of the promotional dynamics and communication tools
- Excellent understanding of the commercial network and is a team player
- Ability to co-ordinate different functions
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Understand financial impacts of the business decisions
- High presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
