About us:

  • We are a US based logistics company that focus on trucking industry, we moving freight allover the US. We are starting a service center in Cairo, Egypt to support our office in the US

Job Description:

  • Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports
  • Write minutes and follow up all relevant assignments and instructions
  • Arrange for all meetings
  • Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks
  • Manage and organize filing system for efficient data retrieval
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
  • Maintain office procedures
  • Maintain overall knowledge of company's projects and keep abreast of the projects development
  • Develop and maintain periodic reporting for the top management as and when required.

Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent English skills, must be very fluent speaking in English. It is the main requirement. { Avoiding the voice questions will automatically disqualify your application }
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • University degree is highly recommended
  • Work experience in performing Secretarial duties with minimum of 2 years is highly recommended
  • Office management experience is highly recommended
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask.
