Job Description
- Follow the standard occupational classification for all production lines.
- Initiate preventive corrective actions.
- Immediate action for defects and initiation of preventive corrective action.
- Apply & Maintain Quality Management Systems (HACCP, Hygiene, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
- Apply All Food Safety Requirements according to NFS Egyptian Authority.
- Consumer complaint review and investigation.
- Risk assessment.
- Contribute to the achievement of Kellogg's business system programmers, goals and procedures.
- Plan, control and review the master plan for the Kellogg Business System ensuring that the site is on track.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience at least 5 years in the food industry (Biscuit: Soft / Hard)
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Processing and Food Engineering; especially Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Food Industries/Processing.
- Very good in English
- High awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Analytical skills.Familiar with GMP & GWP.
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems (HACCP, Hygiene, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) and Risk Assessment.
- Scientific Background in Food Safety & Familiar with the requirements of NFS Egyptian Authority.
- Familiar with CAPA and Quality Tools
- Inspection Skills.
