Job Description
- Identifying technical problems in laboratory tests and providing appropriate solutions to them and avoiding them in the coming times.
- Training the staff on safety instructions and quality assurance. And provide workers with appropriate training.
- Ensure that the work is carried out according to the required specifications
- Ensuring the quality and approval of the supplied materials and submitting a report thereon
- Ensure that samples are taken and approved for testing and approval of tests.
- Submitting reports to evaluate the works carried out in the factory and their conformity with specifications and quantities
- Responsible for the complete safety of the product and compliance with specifications before packaging
- Responsible for the safety of packaging materials and their compliance with specifications in terms of material, then the data listed for the item, and then the production date during the packaging process
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the factory during the manufacturing process
- Responsible for the regular use of time, the efficiency of the packaging and the storage process, how to withdraw from the stores of the factory, and arranging the entry of the new product into production and the withdrawal of the product that preceded the production process.
- Responsible for how raw materials are generally traded within production units.
- Writing and submitting reports regarding errors, defects and problems of the complete product, raw materials or intermediate materials, and the solutions provided to them.
- Responsible for improving procedures whenever necessary
- Determine where in the production line the problem stems from
Updating the quality management systems of the facility, and training laboratory technicians and supervisors to work in accordance with them and adhere to them. - Establishing standards and methods for examination, testing and evaluation of raw materials and produced materials.
- Managing operations within the quality control department in accordance with the quality management systems stipulated in international standards such as ISO9001 and ISO17025.
- Determine methods for sampling the product and raw materials, and develop models and instructions for recording and evaluating quality data.
- Issuance of certificates and results for products conforming to standards and specifications and ratifying them.
- Determining purification problems, inspecting errors in products, knowing the causes and developing solutions for them. And approving the causes of damaged products and approving the validity of production reports
Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.

- Learn new technologies rapidly with an ability to acquire and retain knowledge
- Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies, tools and processes
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members in creating test plans and defining test cases
- Capable of working under pressure.
