Job Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Proven hiring track record in at least one industry
Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, talent mapping, and the ability to reach passive candidates
Able to deliver quality shortlists under tight deadlines
Professional, responsive, and well organized
Reliable internet and your own laptop
