Job Description
- Manage the relationships with our suppliers and distributors
- Contact suppliers and distributors to get quotations. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, services with suppliers, and shipments details /shipping docs for foreign
- Managing daily purchasing activities
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
- Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree,
- Negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Very good in English.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in purchasing (preferred equipment field
- Computer skills
