Job Description
- Review and analyze road designs and identify the required layers, thicknesses and the suitable materials to design and handle the technical requirements of the site construction.
- Check and collect samples from the sub base and send it to the lab in order to identify its type, report it to projects’ stakeholders and grant the approval of the consultant.
- Provide technical advice on whether to execute the project with the company resources or to hire subcontractors in order to ensure practical and realistic execution of road projects.
- Plan and organize the projects’ execution on-site in case of not hiring subcontractors, and supervise workers.
- Check and review the survey work and the process of completion regularly on each road layer to execute projects with company’s resources on time and within the requested parameters.
- Coordinate and follow-up on the projects’ execution in the cases where a subcontractor is hired by scheduling, monitoring and reviewing work to get projects performed efficiently within the time and cost schedules.
- Work closely with the quality team and surveyors and abide by the standards in order to grant all their approvals and ensure a successful and complete handover to the consultant.
- Follow-up and facilitate invoices to ensure accurate payments for subcontractors and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Roads Experience and Civil 3D is a Must
- Very good English Language.
