Job Description

  • Ensure the overall well-being of the community in Compound.
  • inspects regularly community facilities (swimming pools/courts/lobbies).
  • Ensures subcontractors services community assets in accordance with agreed Service Levels.
  • Reviews/Sets cleaning schedules or other schedules as applicable and checks standards are being maintained
  • Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed standards
  • Reviews and ensures service levels are being maintained.
  • Ensures staff in the community adheres to assigned job roles (e.g. Security, Cleaners etc.).
  • Ensures complaints are responded and resolved
  • Assist and coordinate community events.
  • Handle and supervise clubhouse activations.
  • Prepare regular surveys with residents to assure quality of offered services are met expectations

Job Requirements

  • Education: Business Administration
  • Years of experience: 1-3
  • Social media experience: experience with the following social media channels is a must: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. 
  • Training on different social media tools will be provided.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis: Community Management is a 24/7 job. The CRM Department allocates times and shifts to each member of the team on a rotational basis, this includes evening and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Overall: great time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligent, handles pressure.
