Job Description

  • Diary management for the CEO, Founder and Executive Director including setting up meetings with founders
  • Assisting the CEO in all his Architecture work
  • Inbox management, identifying emails that are urgent
  • Take, prepare and distribute meeting minutes as required
  • Pro-actively project manage one-off and recurring internal events and projects
  • Supervise the workload of agreed line reports to meet business requirements
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office e. ordering office supplies and stationery

Job Requirements

  • Architecture or Civil Engineering is a must
  • English language is a must
  • Another language preferred - German
  • Experience in Primavera/Microsoft project - Autocad - Revit - BIM
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel)
