Job Description
- Manage all financial matters which includes Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Cash Flow Management.
- Develop and implement Finance, Accounting & Tax planning processes and policies
- Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting, information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.
- Functional Leadership of the Finance, Controlling, Accounting, IT and legal. And responsible for the team development
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
- Oversee cash flow management
- Developing the yearly department budgets and organization budget based on overall plans of the organization in coordination with the General manger.
- Develops the expense allocation methodology and ensure accurate monthly application of revenue and expense.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/CMA is a plus
- Accounting, Budgeting & Costing and Treasury experience
- Skills and Qualifications: Superior mathematical skills and analytical thinking.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and financial management software (e.g. SAP) is a must
