Responsible for ensuring compliance with school laws in all ethical and technical terms; {School uniforms, punctuality, commitment in class and during the school day.....}.
Monitoring the classes, communicating with the teachers to solve any urgent problems during the school day in terms of commitment.
Monitor and coordinate the performance of workers in the role.
Responsible for monitoring the student’s attendance and follow up with them.
Able to coordinate between the top management, the HOD & teachers.
Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times. Maintain confidential information and ensure information pertaining to students and the school is not shared or discussed without the approval of the teacher or senior management team.
Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.

BSc/BA in Education or relevant degree
Graduated from a Language School is preferable.
Computer skills is desirable
At least (3-5) years of previous experience in the same position in a language school.
Strong leadership & communication skills with excellent standards.
Able to handle a range of tasks, work under pressure and relate well to children and colleagues.
Preferably living in areas around Heliopolis.
