Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- إنشاء جدول المشروع
- عمل تقارير دورية عن سير العمل
- إدارة الموقع
- إدارة الموارد والسلامة سلامة وأمن الموقع
- التواصل الفعال مع المكتب الفني
- وجود علاقة جيدة مع جميع العمال والمقاولين
- تقارير مصورة يومية
- تقارير مصورة أسبوعية
- اتخاذ قرارات جيدة وفعالة
- إدارة الحضور في الموقع
- حصر جميع المواد ومساحة وحجم العمل (حصر الكميات)
- ضمان تحقيق أقصى إنتاجية وبأقصى قدر من الكفاءة.
- التعامل مع الهيئات الحكومية
- تنسيق الاعمال بالمشروع
- حل المشاكل
- Progress tracking
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties, when necessary
- Creating periodic work and progress reports
- Site Management
- Resource Management and safety
- Safety and Security of the Site
- Effective communication with head office
- Having a good relationship with all workers and contractors
- Making purchase orders every Saturday for the following week
- Daily reports on Whatsapp
- Weekly reports on Excel (we will send you the template)
- Ensuring timeline is okay and we are on schedule (preferably if early)
- Make good and effective decisions
- Manage site attendance
- Taking count of all materials, area and volume of work (حصر الكميات)
- Ensuring maximum productivity is achieved and with max efficiency.

Job Requirements:
- Construction Engineering Bsc.
- English & Arabic fluency
- Project Management certification is a plus
- High work ethic
