Job Description
Job-specific responsibilities:
- Operate the product (Daily Activation/ Daily Support).
- Defines and maintains detailed problems identifying schedules,
- Monitor the activities of the assigned teams and from concept to release with a strong sense of urgency.
- Work closely to ensure the completion of deliverables.
- Ensure delivering problem solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensures daily activation schedules are delivered on time with superior quality.
- Monitors and reports on system functions, errors.
- Enhance daily activation processes & professional communication.
- Establishing communication networks
- Develops and documents system standards and processes using best practices for software development.
- Tracks and directs the team's progress toward completion, communicating regularly with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Understands and keeps up to date with the latest software development trends.
- Identifies and implements the appropriate solutions to fulfill business requirements and partners with business units to recognize new application and integration needs throughout the organization.
- Manages the activities of the assigned product development project teams and from concept to release with a strong sense of urgency, utilizing the product launch process.
Managerial responsibilities:
- Manage day to day communications (internal and external)
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of daily tasks.
- Prepare different kinds of reports that shows tasks’ progress.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field.
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
