Job Description

  • Recruit new vendors.
  • Create and expand multilingual resource database.
  • Handle requests from various departments.
  • Manage databases and maintain precise records.
  • Submit weekly reports on vendor management performance.
  • Use all resources for optimal processes.
  • Negotiate Buying rate, proceed NDAs & applications.
  • Wisely representing the company to develop a strong vendor relationship.
  • Prepare Blind CVs for the client when requested by our Business development team
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed by the Direct managers

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience required.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Business writing skills.
  • Organizational and Multitasking skills.
