Marketing Executive

• Cartona is hiring a dynamic and ambitious marketing executive who will be part of the Growth team. 
• Cartona is a B2B e-commerce marketplace, we directly connect retailers (markets, supermarkets, kiosks) with suppliers, wholesalers and producing companies. Through Cartona retailers can browse, compare and order their merchandise, saving time, money and effort in their daily operations. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Developing and executing growth and marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring delivery of campaigns in accordance with marketing calendars and targets
• Creating marketing content across different mediums (facebook, in-app, brochures, presentations, digital ads...etc)
• Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly
• Conducting research to analyze customers’ behavior habits
• Writing creative briefs and working closely with designers and agencies to bring campaigns to life, elevate our brand, and ensure consistency across chosen channels.
• Ensure all activities are measurable and can be tracked where possible. Help find solutions and new ways to acquire/retain users
• Understanding and supporting customer journeys
• Comfortable with media planning and handling budgets.

As a plus:

• Maximizing lead generation and user acquisition through digital channels and additional tools.
