Job Description
Tasks and Duties:
- (Switches – VDSL Routers – FortiGate Firewall – DVR)
- (Active Directory – DNS – DHCP – Wsus – VoIP –– IP Phones - Files Server – Print Server -Antivirus Server – ERP)
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call, Email or face to face.
- Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Report issues to the manager for escalation.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 6 -10 years of experience as a Technical Support and System Admin.
- Able to handle multi tasks at the same time (work under pressure).
- Good knowledge with cables and infrastructure.
- Good knowledge with computer hardware and software.
