Job Description
- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
- Observe and supervise OD Section Tasks & Activities.
- Create competency models.
- Work with Management Board to identify specific work situations to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and assist in solving them.
- Create and conduct surveys to determine the organization's areas of improvement and Employee satisfaction.
- Monitor Performance Management System.
- Responsible for monitoring and developing a Performance Management System and align it with organizational goals.
- Create and Develop a Career path for Staff & Technicians.
- Recommend training and development systems.
- Responsible for Learning & Development Cycle in the company
- Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor & social insurance laws.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, etc.).
- Coordinate all Personnel activities with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and follow up employee's attendance, leaves, overtime and absences to issue salary reports.
- Preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees any deductions or overtime.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Contracting Field as SENIOR HR SPECIALIST
- Solid experience of OD, Personnel and Payroll Functions.
- ERP knowledge
- MS office profession is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills.
- Age is 35 max.
- Giza resident is preferable
