Job Description
- Continuous Improvement & Lean – Drive a culture of continuous improvement using best practice Lean processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs, whilst maintaining the quality required by our customers.
- Accountable for all supply chain management (SCM) deliverables to the operations, including but not limited to; sourcing strategies, contractor selection and management, purchasing management, inventory management and warehouse operations
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the overall SCM strategy for the operated activities in the group.
- Identify and measure sustainable supply chain KPIs for the business, whilst identifying ways and means of improving the group scores.
- Responsible for managing full lifecycle system implementation and configuring Solutions, and developing training resources
- Using extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, review and monitor processes and ensure best practices are identified and shared between locations
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
- Five years of leadership experience
- Ten years of related work experience with at least five in supply chain planning from an apparel industry
- Technical Experience / Exposure in the RM manufacturing front would be an added advantage
- A track record of supply chain design & optimization systems and processes to drive improvements in business results
- Project Management Experience
