- Responsible for online sales channels; website, social media.
- Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment.
- Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
- Proactively engage with customers and resolve any queries
- Work on two key metrics Increase Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Management.
Job Requirements

- B.Sc. degree in any relevant field of education.
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
- E-Commerce experience or Online Sales is a must.
- Online sales platforms accounts management experience is must.
- Relevant experience in the menswear retail industry is plus.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, analytical and presentation abilities.
- Ready to start as soon as possible.
- Time management.
